About This Activity
This will be a 5k fun run in which the participants will be chased by high school cheerleader zombies.
Event details and schedule
The participants will meet in the parking-lot of Milt Miller Field at East St, Sylvester, GA. On site registration will begin at 8:00 am. All participants will need to sign a waiver at the registration table. The race will begin at 8:30 am. Participants and bystanders are invited to attend the annual Peanut Festival after the race. The Peanut Parade will begin around 10:00 am in downtown Sylvester. The festival will continue at Jeffords Park with arts & crafts, live entertainment, food and other vendors.

The Georgia Peanut Festival Committee will meet today and continue discussions on the 52nd Peanut Festival. We have an awesome line-up of food, fun and entertainment.
This year the festival will kick off on Friday night.
