Kayla Myers

President / CEO

Born and raised in Worth County, Kayla Myers has dedicated her life to fostering a safer and more unified community. With a career centered around health and advocacy programs, she has become a beacon of support and education, tirelessly working to enhance the well-being of those she serves. Kayla's professional journey has been marked by extensive training and expertise in several key areas. Her qualifications include Customer Service Relations, Leadership & Supervision, Victim Assistance, Civil Rights, and Community Partnership. These skills have enabled her to effectively address and advocate for a range of community needs. In 2024, she further solidified her leadership credentials as a graduate of Tift Leadership.


Beyond her professional endeavors, Kayla is deeply committed to community service through her nonprofit organization, Melody Ranch Aussies. This 501c3 organization is dedicated to providing Animal Assisted Therapy, utilizing her two Australian Shepherds, Harley, and Indigo, along with her horses, Ronin and Josephine. The team at Melody Ranch Aussies is always ready to lend a hand and is continually exploring innovative ways to improve the lives of the elderly, veterans, disabled individuals, and trauma victims of all ages.

Trinity started working at the Chamber right after High School in May of 2019. She is now a Worth County High School Alumnus who has recently graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics. Her work has proved invaluable to the Chamber and she now works remotely as well as in-house when in Worth County. She focuses on our web page, the weekly newsletter, and renewal spotlights among other things. Be sure to watch for her weekly newsletter and website updates. In her free time, Trinity likes to do all kinds of arts and crafts including drawing, painting, and puzzles. Our Chamber would simply not be the same without her! Make sure to keep an eye out for her work here on our website!

Michele Bachmann

Michele Bachmann is a proud Florida native from Vero Beach. She graduated from Valdosta State University (VSU). After living in the Tampa Bay area for 22 years, Michele moved to Sylvester, Georgia in 2021. She now plays a crucial role in our office, dedicating her mornings to answering community questions and aiding in daily operations. Beyond her professional contributions, Michele is a devoted dog mom to three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels named Maggie, Morgan, and Murphy. Be sure to call or stop by and see Michele!

Outside of work, Lara enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as contributing time to the Best Friends Humane Society.

After graduation, she plans to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner.
